I started my professional life in the catering and event industry before moving to IT in 2013 with the creation of my first e-commerce website. It was called www.largentin.ch (dead link) and I offered meat imported from Argentina for delivery in less than 24 hours in French-speaking Switzerland. It was new at the time, and I thought I knew a lot of things!
But... That was not true, I really didn't know much about IT, design, content distribution and business, even after 2 years of running my website. Big competitors arrived on the market, the start-up crashed.
In 2017 I successfully raised several hundred thousand euros for a new mobile application called "Jeffrey" , which aimed to connect customers and service providers instantly. After 2 years of effort, dozens of trips, 4 companies created in 3 different countries , we put the project on standby. This time I was sure: I knew a little more than before, but still not enough!
Since then , I have been working as a freelance developer and IT consultant from home : it's great, especially as a father, but now I need new challenges and that's why I would love to meet you.
The app Jeffrey was born from an idea I had with a friend on my balcony. It was a simple concept: connect concierge service consumers with their service providers instantly through a mobile application.
