When my partner and I decided to create a brand of Argentinian meat we had to obtain an international import licence. I also took lessons at the Confederation in Bern to obtain my "Trade Control and Expert System". This allowed us to select and guarantee traceability of our products to our customers. In two years, we delivered nearly 1000 customers directly to their homes and some 20 restaurants between Geneva and Lausanne.

Marketing, referencing, order taking, delivery, website maintenance, accounting, subcontracting to butchers, we did everything ourselves.
